This is a three-piece steering guard featuring recovery eyes on the side plates.
The main plate is Heavy Duty 8mm thick but still light in weight 5083 industrial Aluminium. The corners are profiled and are Powder Coated Black with a textured finish.
The sides are Heavy Duty 8mm Galvanised Steel.
This guard unlike others is profiled, the main plate is not just a simple rectangle shape with right angle corners, this one fits snugly and looks better than other cheaper lighter duty guards.
The main plate tapers to the lower and the lower fixings of the side plate are inboard, this brings the fixings closer together meaning there is less distance to bridge which makes the guard more resistant to bending in the middle.
