These are heavy-duty constant load rear coil springs. On a standard Defender 110 or 130, they will give a lift of around 50mm to 60mm, (380mm to 390mm Coil Height). These are a Heavy Duty spring to use if you are carrying lots of extra weight.
These springs are 74N/mm, this means for every 74kg added weight, the coil spring will compress by 10mm, this is for 1 coil spring only. On a car, you will divide by 2, so 10mm will become 5mm.
