This is an upgrade or replacement bush kit for the newer 630 series Old Man Emu Nitrocharger+ Shock Absorbers. The newer 630 series has a shorter length pin measuring 40mm in shoulder length, so smaller bushes are used compared to the older Nitrocharger Sport 600 series shocks, which have a longer pin measuring 46mm in shoulder length. The Older OME Nitrocharger Sport shock absorbers use the GL1238 Bush Kit.
This kit features stainless steel pressed washers and SuperPro polyurethane bushes. The two thicker washers are shaped to enhance bush movement while accommodating long travel suspension. We use only one bush isolation washer at each end, as this design allows for better flexibility of the bushes with long travel shocks.
This kit is for one end only, upper or lower Pin/Pin. If both ends of the shock absorber, upper and lower, need replacing, then two kits will need to be purchased, and so on.

How to tell if you have the older OME Nitrocharger Sport 600 series shocks or the newer OME Nitrocharger+ 630 series shocks. Please see the last picture.

All have a Black hard plastic dirt shield.
46mm shoulder length pin.
14mm pin with M12 x 1.25 thread.
The older OME 600 series shocks have a longer pin, so they require the thicker 20mm bushes. Kit Part Number:- GL1238
Newer OME Nitrocharger+ 630 series shocks.
All have a Black softer plastic dirt shield with NITROCHARGER+ on it.
40mm shoulder length pin.
14mm pin with M12 x 1.25 thread.
