These are weld on recovery eyes, much better than swivel recovery eyes as you can just drop the winch hook on with one hand.
When fitting these make sure they pass through whatever they are welded to and make sure the back of them is welded as well (see second picture) Don’t just weld them to a flat plate without drilling 2 holes for them to pass through and weld behind.
Dimensions:- 20mm round bar / 180mm long / 100mm wide.
The second picture on my Land Rover shows the recovery eyes fitted to the winch tray, if they are fitted horizontally you can also use them as a step, the picture shows how they pass through the steel plate and are welded behind for maximum strength.
